Dulce Belen Estrada - Guest Faculty
Dulce Belen Estrada began her dance training at the age of four in Poughkeepsie, NY, and has since cultivated a lifelong passion for movement and artistry. She earned her Associate in Arts from Dean College in 2016, where she studied under esteemed instructors such as J.T. Jenkins, Todd Shanks, Bill Evans, and Jill Silverman. She also had the privilege of attending the American Academy of Ballet Summer Intensive, where she trained with the beloved Mignon Furman.
Dulce is a versatile dancer and instructor, with a strong foundation in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, improvisation, and technical elements including jumps, leaps, and turns. Her choreography has received recognition at both regional and national competitions throughout the tri-state area, reflecting her creative vision and commitment to excellence.
In addition to her dance expertise, Dulce is passionate about strength training and injury prevention. She is a certified personal trainer through AFPA Fitness and is currently continuing her education to integrate her two passions—dance and exercise. Her mission is to help shape strong, healthy, and well-rounded dancers/athletes.
Dulce is thrilled to join the NYAB guest faculty for 2025 and looks forward to inspiring the next generation of dancers with her energy, knowledge, and artistry.
