Total Body Engineering/COnditioning:
This class is a mixture of strength training, cardio, and flexibility. Each class is designed to work without weights but you are welcome to level things up by bringing your own weights or using our 5lb weights. This class takes inspiration from weight lifting and adapting movements to use just your body weight, pilates, and just a little inspiration from dance training.
Privates available in ballet or modern dance ages 8 - adult from beginning - advanced level.
