Not your average "Barre" class. Take class with an experienced Ballet teacher with a BFA in dance and experience in group fitness classes. This is a great class for anyone who's ever wanted to try ballet but without the rigidity of a structed ballet class. Classes will cover cardio, core work, and total body conditioning. Barrefit will be set to a fun playlist so you can express your self while getting your workout in.
Total Body Engineering:
This class is a mixture of strength training, cardio, and flexibility. Each class is designed to work without weights but you are welcome to level things up by bringing your own weights or using our 5lb weights. This class takes inspiration from weight lifting and adapting movements to use just your body weight, pilates, and just a little inspiration from dance training.
Int. Ballet is designed for the intermediate to advanced ballet dancer. Whether you haven't danced in a few years or are just looking to keep up your technique. Classes will focus on a traditional ballet barre, with some work in the center and across the floor.
Perfect for the dancer who hasn't put their pointe shoes on in a while and is looking to get back into it or if you would just like to work on your strength without advanced pointe work. This class will focus mostly on barre work with some center work.
